September 2009, I took a weekend long training course that officially started my next steps in my own fitness journey. I was fortunate to work closely with an instructor who coached me, guided me, and helped me build my confidence.
My love for the program and love for group fitness started with her, but it stayed with me for 13 years and continues to grow. I love the interaction between the members and the tight knit little community that is created within that room.
The friendships that are formed and the lifelong bonds that are created. Everyone is there for their own reasons but wanting and needing the extra push forward is what the group fitness experience gives. You will keep pushing and that’s been the beautiful thing about group fitness experience.
