Just to help gently shove you in to the wonderful world of Healthy Living… (think bathing suits and tank tops people), I have for you a few tips to get the “Spring” in your Step!


1. Eat your Breakfast!


Focus on fueling your beautiful body within an hour of waking and if you can start your day with a protein power punch all the better!


Eggs! Scrambled, poached, over easy, it’s your call!




steak buritto!  Peameal bacon, a protein shake, Greek yoguart and berries!


Even if it’s seems like your eating dinner for breakfast… give in to it! fuel and fortify your body well for the day ahead! You know what they say… “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”… and I agree!
