The responsibility to provide direction for people regarding appropriate use of exercise to benefit and improve their very life experience is a charge I don’t take lightly. To provide lifestyle education for people to experience “Optimal living” is my passion!

My intention is to inspire healthy living. My passion for healthy living was sparked by the need for change in my own life. It wasn't until I took control of my lifestyle through fitness and nutrition that I realized the true power I have. I want everyone to be able to experience the "magic" of fitness. I worked 30 years as a police officer where I was able to make a difference in people's lives. This was very important to me. The transition from policing to the fitness world makes perfect sense to me because once again I am able to make a difference.

My love for the program and love for group fitness started with her, but it stayed with me for 13 years and continues to grow. I love the interaction between the members and the tight knit little community that is created within that room.
The friendships that are formed and the lifelong bonds that are created. Everyone is there for their own reasons but wanting and needing the extra push forward is what the group fitness experience gives. You will keep pushing and that’s been the beautiful thing about group fitness experience.

Clients have included celebrities, athletes at Olympic level and everyday people looking to improve their health and well-being. He is widely recognized for his knowledge in functional training along with a commitment in developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques
Chris brings to the table, aside from his experience and the mentors he has worked and trained with, a perspective of looking at fitness as a playground were we once played.
Chris’s philosophy,”Achieving a clients fitness goal and showing them how to get from A to Z without it being a second job.

Erin Thompson

I believe that as long as we keep bending, we won’t break.
I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 15 years since I developed Sciatica with my first child. Yoga is a game changer for the mind and body to help relieve pain and spark new energy. The combination of movement, breath and mindfulness helps to clear the path for improved self awareness and I am excited to go on that journey with you.
